need to understand some of the terms we will use as we
define them.

Spanking
Needs - Spanking Needs refers to the
emotional or personal need for physical discipline. It
in no way relates to a fetish or like for spanking.
Spanking Therapy - The act of giving or recieving
corporal punishment as a form of emotional therapy.

Agreement
- A contract between a spanker and the spankee that
dictates the rules of discipline and punishment. When
dealing with a person with Spanking Needs an agreement
should always be reached since the spankee is
cooperating in his or her own discipline.
Discipline - The act of teaching good behavior
through rules, guidance and punishments for failure to
practice good behavior.
Paddle
- A hand-held spanking instrument, usually made of wood
or leather. This is our preferred instrument for ADULTS
who still require discipline. Children should only be
spanked with the hand.
Punishment - The consequence of wrong doing.
Session - The delivery of spanking therpy by a
partner or mentor.
Spankee
- The one who receives a spanking.
Spanker
- The one who gives a spanking.
Spanking
- As we use it spanking refers to the slapping of
one's backside with a hand, or instrument. We do not
believe that any other part of the body (legs, back,
face, etc.) should be slapped, spanked or hit for any
reason including punishment.
