Getting "worn out" with a spanking....

Have you ever been "worn out" from receiving or giving a spanking?

My husband sometimes uses that phrase referencing a "spanking" he is about to give me....that will leave me "undone", or completely "frazzled" when it is over, or...very exhausted and spent. I suppose there is an element of simply being "exhausted" emotionally, physically, or both...after the spanking culminates, when a spanker "wears out" a spankee.  One might be "worn out" in a more sexually motivated spanking..."funishment,"...or...disciplinary type spankings. One might be "worn out" because of intensity, duration, or perhaps even the pain level or arousal height achieved.

I have experienced my husband "wearing me out" with a spanking a number of times over the last 15 years. Certainly not "every" spanking by any means. lol...I doubt my heart could take it if he "wore me out" with every spanking....lol.  Most of the times he has "worn my hide out" have been very disciplinary in nature, although recently my man wore me out sexually.  I was a hot mess, but it was...good.

For me...when he has "worn me out,"....and has finished the spanking...I might just "lay there" either on the floor or perhaps bed...kind of processing and "relishing" what just took place, or I might cry it out as I just go limp in his arms or lap, or I might be on my knees hunched over, perhaps in a corner. When he "wears me out" I usually need some time to "recover" and maybe catch my breath or allow the sobbing to cease and breathing to normalize....or allow the exhausting but wonderful "afterglow" of an orgasm to settle...and often I might need his help in first walking or getting up. He has even picked me up in his arms and carried me, or placed me over his shoulder "cave man style"...lol...because I may be wobbly or just weak from the energy of the experience. I love it when he does that...lol.

So... as you can hopefully see....when a spanker "wears out" their spankee....there are probably some interesting ways some of you might experience that. If so...would you please consider sharing? Have you ever been "worn out"... or...have you ever "worn out your spankee?"

My ex  used to say spank me till I am weak. That meant to almost a state of bliss, maybe even subspace so she could lay there and just be held.   and everything on the inside be out

I wish she could!  To me it would require real tears.  There are days where I don't get enough sleep and almost anything can cause me to get emotional depressed and cry real tears.  It's during that time that I know that if she would take me over her knee and give me a long hard spanking that I could really cry and be broken.  I really need it, that emotional release and the loving administration of the spanking would be the ultimate for me. I have come close one time.  I have tried to communicate it to her but I don't think she gets it. I don't like to ask for spankings I want her to be able to see what I need and administer it. I know that is expecting a lot but I hope some day we get there.

Yes. After a particularly intense session, when I let my spankee up, he went to his knees and laid his shoulders and head on my lap. He was spent, but grateful. This exchange lasted only briefly, but it has been, to date, the most profound moment in my history of spanking.

The first time I saw a professional disciplinarian,  I booked a two-hour session.  She asked me if I was sure I wanted both an intense punishment and two full hours.  Knowing no better, I said yes.  Because there are only so many whacks one can take to any one area, she used multiple implements and had me in multiple positions.  I was mentally, physically and most especially emotionally exhausted at the end.  It was an incredibly intense experience, although one I have not repeated since.

Wow! I've heard of sessions like this, but have never conducted one myself. I can see the merit in a pro-disciplinarian offering a "smorgasbord" session to start out with, to introduce the spankee to various positions and implements so that he cam learn what his preferences are. I find it appalling, though, that a pro would agree to a 2-hour intense session with a beginner. That sounds irresponsible, at best.

To be fair to her, she frequently asked how I was doing and reminded me that we could stop any time.   I was also not new to spanking; had a good amount of previous experience.  I saw this particular woman on several occasions following this session.  If I still travelled to her area today, I would not hesitate to see her again.  You make an excellent point, though.  Although this outcome was positive for me, a novice spankee would probably not want to do what I did.
