Sometimes I get down and tired and my attitude begins to suck.. My wife knows I want to retire but she made it clear that I need to finish the project I'm on for work.  I complained and put the guilt on and this is not the first time. Every time I start complaining about it her patience wears thin after a couple of days listening to me.  This morning she had enough when I told her I did not want to work today.  She told me her first order of business today was to spank my bare bottom. When I started to get dressed for the day she told me to fetch the paddle and get my pants off. I didn't want to but also did not want her to get too frustrated.  I fetched the paddle and took of my pants but left on my underwear. I know what she means when she tells me to take off my pants. I know I am to be bottomless ready to go over her knee. I refused but she pulled me over her knee and pulled down my underwear and proceeded to. Paddle my bare butt.  It was really hurting but I was being stubborn and huffing at her then she put her arm around my waist and wore her arm out spanking me. I was almost in tears but not quit. When she stopped I was still being somewhat defiant she told me to cool it or there would be another spanking.  I have a love hate relationship with spanking I'm writing this with a sore butt thinking about getting a another spanking today and I kinda want it.  Is that the way  others feel

Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately), my wife never spanks when angry, and frankly, I wish she would.  I can certainly tell when I'm in a blue funk or just being a jerk about something, and I think an OTK right then and there would be "just what the doctored" as they say.  Instead, she'll usually take a few days before she is ready to spank me.  By then, things have settled down, and I don't think the spanking is as effective as it might have been had she done it immediately.  Perhaps, she just wants me to stew for a while . . .

Well I don't spank my husband when I am angry either. I agree totally with your wife.

I don't believe in waiting for 2 days though , you would definitely get your spanking the same day if you were my husband. 

In a wife controlled marriage such as ours a bad attitude will be corrected immediately and my husband knows the consequences.

I think there's a delicate balance with making someone wait for their spanking. Some anticipation can be good and really build the tension. Simple phrases like "just wait until tonight...", have a powerful influence on me and when I hear something like that, you can bet my attention is going to be on "tonight" for the rest of the day!

Make me wait too long though, there's a disconnect between the offence and the punishment and I feel that makes the punishment have less impact. I'm not sure where the dividing line is but it's somewhere between a couple of hours and a day or two.

That being said, I think the "best" experience for me would probably be an on-the-spot correction if possible. Possibly followed up by a longer or more serious spanking later if the offence was serious enough. But that's just me dreaming out loud now.

I have the Same exact issue. We have talked about on the spot spankings when we can still maintain privacy which is almost all the time but she just does not do it. For my wife she is always busy doing something she wants and sees my need for an immediate spanking as an infringement on her time. Since she is in charge she will decide when I am spanked. The hard thing is that if I have lost my temper and she doesn't take immediate action then resentment builds up and some loss if respect for her authority. 

She was complaining about my attitude one day but just complaining. I finally told her that if she didn't like it to shut up and do something about it. I was busy taking care of something outside but when I came back in she was sitting on the edge of the bed with her paddle in hand. I was ordered to remove my pants and underwear and get over her knee. When she finished we both felt better and the issue was resolved. When she follows thru afterwards I come to her while she is in her chair kneel and lay my head on her lap apologize and ask for her forgiveness and thank her for correcting my bad behavior. When she tells me I am forgiven then I feel closer to her than ever and the love and respect I have for her is restored. I just don't understand why she does not see the benefit of a more immediate spanking. Sometimes she will tell me I have one coming and let me stew in the thought of it for days then if I am still acting out she will pronounce it is time and send me for the paddle usually just before I go to bed. Like you said I think I would benefit from an immediate spanking but what can I do about it. I can't make her understand.

Maybe you were taking a risk by provoking her like that, but it worked out well. I would rather be spanked than listen to endless complaining.

Yes, I respect her when she takes her authority seriously but when she is frustrated and complaining about my attitude or arguing or just disobedience. I just respect her taking action to stop it. I agree with her about the issues in our marriage and someone has to win or end these issues. A smart man knows if he is married to a a strong woman she has to win.  So I asked her to take charge I want a WLM and I have accepted and expect to be the EE and never the ER

I have a spanking and 45 mins in the corner coming tomorrow after dinner. She is angry with me because I wanted to get rid of somethings she likes but I keep arguing with her that we do not have room. She got mad and screamed at me about not caring about her things. She would have spanked me tonight but I have had back pain for days and spent the afternoon working around the house and made it worse. I asked and got a reprieve until tomorrow she gave me Tylenol PM and rubbed my back with bengay.  So it should be better tomorrow but either way she wiil put me over her knee for a hard paddling.  The 45 minutes in the corner is for taunting her earlier in the day

That spanking was the hardest to date with one exception. The exception being the time I told her that she couldn't do something for one of her relatives and if she did I would spank her. She told me to shut up and go back to bed. When she finished her phone call and sent the money.  She came into the bed room ordered me out of bed and gave me the spanking of my life.  She made it very clear that she is the ER and I am the EE. The paddling lasted until my but was numb but, I had a very sore bottom for at least a week. I later apologized and thanked her for setting me right.  I am glad she sees her self as the boss

Quite right of her, I think. My partner firmly insists that she is the one who does the spanking in our relationship. The woman I mentioned in my last post in the topic "Spanking my Husband 3" is even firmer. She said that if her husband dared to even mention the idea of spanking her, his underpants would be down before he knew what was happening and he wouldn't be able to sit down for a week!

I wouldn't say that I could not sit but Its hard to get actual sores on me. It's more like a bruse that you can't see.  I have been hoping to find something she would like enough to use on me that would leave welts at the least. I have read that a rubber paddle or a paddle with holes might be the one, but her favorite and the only thing she will spank me with is the Jakori paddle. It brings the pain in her hand more than a hairbrush or bath brush. I have never had real tears but that paddle has made my eyes water and beg for it to be over. However, by morning I only have soreness that I feel when I shower. Sometimes she has spanked me enough for the dry white skin that makes my butt sore to the touch and really itch

People have varying pain thresholds. The woman's husband seems to be very sensitive to pain and she is able to keep him in line with a hairbrush. The Jakari paddle your wife uses seems to be quite effective if it makes you want the spanking to be over.

My attitude really sucked on Wed and Thurs. On Thursday morning I told her I needed help with it. She agreed so I knew I would be getting it sooner or later.  It was so bad she decided to go out for the afternoon. I asked if I could go and work at Starbucks for the afternoon and would she drop me off and pick me up after her grocery stop around four. She agreed hoping it would help for me to get out without her around. Things were only slightly better. I was still feeling sorry for myself when she picked me up. That night at bedtime after I had gotten ready for bed she ordered me over her knee.  Now when I get ready for bed I sleep in only a tee-shirt and put a robe on for watching TV with her.  So I removed my robe and bent over her knee.  She went to work with her paddle and at first it hurt. I was letting out a lot of owes. After a couple of dozen she paused to rest her arm but told me to stay out she was not finished. Here is where I got confused. Laying over her knee is exactly what I thought I needed but I had absolutely no emotions.  I wanted to cry or feel sorry for my bad attitude but nothing.  The second flurey of swats didn't even seem to hurt and when she paused again I asked her for twenty hard ones. She gave me about ten and said she was finished and sent me to the corner in the bedroom setting a timer for thirty minutes. I stood there in the corner kind of dumb founded. I thought I would be more upset. I thought I would at least get close to real tears but none of that had happened. As I stood there thinking about it I had no real feelings and that really troubled me.  The longer I was there at least I determined that my bad attitude was hurtful to her and I would apologize and try to have a better attitude tomorrow.  I'm writing this the morning after. My bottom is very sore which I didn't expect given my like of feeling during the spanking so at least I think the spanking will have its intended effect to remind me of what happens when you have a bad attitude.  I regret the lack of emotion and not sure what to think about it, but as long as my butt is hurting today I will be better behaved. We usually have sex in the morning but I don't even want to given my lack of emotion.  I'm going to suggest if she wants I will plesure her without the expectation of anything for me. I need to stop this spiral. It's not me for a man I'm usually very emotional when she spanks me. Maybe I used up so much being angry with myself that I couldn't feel anything else
