That is wonderful! Enjoy and bask in how much better you feel....and make a decision to include a good diet and regular exercise into your lifestyle moving forward. If you miss a workout or trash your diet now and then...it does not mean you have "quit" and your continuing journey to health and wellness is "over". Just get back i to exercise...and back i to eating healthy again....do not give in to unrealistic expectations based on you always being perfect...but embrace your new lifestyle that defines your "normal"...and enjoy your living!
