Recent chat issues

Chatting here has been very very annoying recently.  You need a MAJOR upgrade to remedy this.  Seems other spankings sites do not have these issues.  Why does yours?

Other sites have sponsorship and other ways to generate revenue to pay for those major upgrades, to my knowledge (correct if I’m wrong) this sites funding is from a few members and that’s it.

We pay for it entirety ourselves. 
 

As for the original question, we’re looking for a more suitable chat program and aware of the ongoing issues.
