Is anyone here interested in temperature taking? It's very much a trope in a lot of spanking fiction -- having one's temperature taken in that particular embarrassing way. Has anyone included that as part of their spanking life or had fantasies about it?

I bring it up because it's a part of my kinks. Lots of other ways to involve that very private spot during a spanking too of course. Do others like plugs, fingers, etc., as part of a spanking?

Rectal is actually my preferred way of having my temperature taken, because of my other kink. In relationship that involves spanking, I even had an idea about it. Temp taken rectally, followed by a spanking, the severity of the spanking depending on reading and actual conditions:

2. Actually sick: light spanking.

3. Temp normal, just part of role play: normal spanking.

glad to find some spankos w this interest. i searched and didn't find any other threads talking about it.

and totally agreed with everyone re: the embarrassment factor. definitely a good way to pull a spankee down a peg or two, and show who's in charge. i like it too because, like many spankings, it's also done "for your own good."

Several spankers have included rectal temperature readings at some point during a session. One took readings before, during breaks, and after.  It tells me my body is in the care of someone else for the duration.
When I spank someone, especially guys, I use it to send the message I am in charge and care about their health and safety.

My husband has actually never done that with me...that is...take my temp.  Based on my time here, it seems many do, however. Just at face value, it does not seem to appeal to me, but should he ever decide to do so...I would certainly find out how it really feels. A couple months ago...at the suggestion of a friend I met here on line...my husband did buy a couple of plugs for my butt hole...and he has had me wear them inserted all night a couple of times. I dunno...I mean I definitely knew it was there...and felt the fullness of it...but...I am pretty use to his real manhood taking me like that. He takes me in my anus at least several times a week. I understand from someone who does it a lot that the temperature will actually increase with anus spanking. I have wondered about that for a long time. So, as part of a punishment spanking, a spankee could be told that she/he will be getting a one degree, two degree... spanking, referring to the temperature goal before it's over.

I've had someone threaten me with it but I haven't experienced it yet. I can only imagine the embarrassment, though. That part of the behind is just one of the most intimate areas for me.  I've had my temperature taken rectally when ever I am sick. That's how my wife prefers to do it. I only had my temperature taken rectally once when it involved discipline.
