I have such a love/hate relationship with the elements that make up a spanking. I enjoy being spanked - I enjoy being well spanked. But in those intense moments, laid over a lap with my bottom being lit on fire, I absolutely hate it. The worst parts of the spanking are also the best parts of the spanking. 

I love a thoroughly spanked bottom. It doesn't feel like I really got a spanking unless I was kicking, squirming, and begging for it to stop. And its those moments that make a great spanking for me. When you're being spanked hard and you fear it will never end. When you're desperate, your kegs are kicking and you've clenched your bottom in a pathetic attempt to stop the fire that's ignited all over your bum. When you can't control throwing your hand back to stop it, but it just gets pinned back there. Begging just stumbles out of your mouth in desperation. You surely can't take a second more of the pain, but yet it keeps coming and somehow, your bottom continues to get hotter and hotter.

In the moment, absolutely hate everything I described. But its somehow also my favourite part of it.

Yes well said. I think proper spankings should always be love/hate even if your really into spanking and love the idea she should be hating it during the spanking at some point.

Exactly how I feel about being spanked. So far it has only happened once where I could really take no more. I was then given MORE. That was when I really started to kick and yell, Kicked my shoes off and tangled my jeans ay my ankles.  There were even two spots, one on each cheek where some skin was removed. They lasted about 6 months. 

With luck I will be getting spanked like that again this friday

I am okay with rubbing, but I think it's more in the desperate stage to rub out the pain. I get more relief if I can rub it versus my top. But generally my spankers don't allow rubbing. I have one top I play with that is a STICKLER for not rubbing and I always pay the price. Once I am let up from such a hard spanking that I was just kicking and crying, my brain doesn't work, I usually instinctively grasp and rub my sore bottom the moment I'm released. I can't count the amount of times I've done that and he's just flung me back over his knees and spanked me fast and furiously. Those are some of the hardest spankings I've taken. He already spanks me beyond tears so being at the point and thrown back over for another round, is awful. Talk about kicking and blubbering and crying.

I've been in that state several times. I actually just replied about being in that state one comment up. One of my tops is a stickler on not rubbing my bottom when I get up, but when he spanks me past the i can't take it anymore stage my hands just GO. My bottom pays the price.

I am hoping to experience that kind of a spanking but have not yet.  Pretty stoic when getting it so it would likely take a lot.  Been interested in trying a caning just for this purpose!

I can relate to your experiencebof being "spanked beyond your tears". It is not always the case with me, but it happens now and then. It is always painful and exhausting...but freeing.

Great description of what some of us consider to be "the real deal", and speaking as a 6'2, 210lb male - also a brass ring very, very difficult to grasp.  For those of us who want our punishment to come from a woman, with the notable exception of restraints, it's very challenging for a reasonably athletic male to feel physically helpless.  It can be done, but it has to be a head job, and that takes a certain kind of psychological power, personal command and presence on the part of the woman.

I've been to the real "please-no-more" place once or twice, and when it continued anyway, I also experienced sub space just after crossing that line...

That's a strange experience, because in the moment it is scary and feels like total surrender, but the memory of the moment is euphoric...

I have always said that a good spanking doesn’t start until I wish it was over.  I have told some of my disciplinarians that I will start begging for them to stop about half way through the spanking.  I hold out as long as I can before begging for it to stop, but then it is often too late and I regret getting what I asked for.
