Self Care goals

What a interesting question. For me self care is mostly on auto pilot or at least I think so….

For my physical being, the routine of minding what I eat and drink,  and regular exercise. I road bike when I can, most weekends,

For my mental being… it is first, being the best person, I can be. Acknowledging my failings. And knowing  how and when to take care of myself.

Now for spanking… it is nurturing the exploration in a safe and sane way. My self care involves being good in session and out.

Making sure to check in with myself and acknowledge what I am doing. How I am doing it. And with whom I am doing it….

It’s hard to put in words…. But worth the time to try and think about it all….
