Has anyone had any good experiences with mouth soaping? What kind of soaps are best? Has anyone had the bar of soap in your mouth during the spanking, after, while doing corner time or maybe both? How did it make you feel? Did it add to the afterglow or feeling of being little?

I have been soaped several times in different ways... liquid soap, bar soap, holding the bar in the mouth, soap on a washcloth. I don't hold it while being spanked; it is definitely ancillary to the spanking. The siaping is really a short amount of time, though - a few minutes.

I woupd recommend a real soap rather than a synthetic detergent. And something without fragrance oil or essential oils and colorants. But, a lot of people use Ivory for ease of purchase. I would recommend a soapmaker at a craft show - and a "baby bar" that is just plain.

All of it tastes terrible. Avoid swallowing the suds and your saliva.

In my experience (mostly roleplay scenarios) it's best done either after or between impact play, as opposed to during. Keeping it in your mouth during leads to a much higher incidence of either inhaling or swallowing soap suds, and neither is something you want. Inhaling would be bad for obvious reasons, and tough to avoid if you don't remove the soap prior to application of spanks to backside. Swallowing will often make you sick to your stomach.

In addition to avoiding swallowing, and the subsequent possible vomiting, please don't use a new brand you've never tried before. Had a case many years ago in which my spankee had an allergic reaction to a new bar she had purchased specifically for that purpose. Not to the soap but to a chemical (probably a fragrance) in the soap. Thankfully it was not a severe reaction, but even a mild one can be problematic given that the mouth is part of the airway. For her it was just irritation of the skin and mucus membrane but swelling of any part of the airway could be disastrous.

I do always keep an epi pen in my bag nowadays just in case. Although even if an epi pen is handy, please contact medical help immediately if you need to use it. It's not a magic wand, it's a tool that buys you another 15 to 30 minutes to get to a paramedic or an ER, if you're lucky. Sometimes people forget that and situations spiral out of control. #PSA

Have fun!

I have  had an unlathered bar of Ivory stuck in my mouth as an intermission to a spanking.  I would definitely like to receive more of a soaping like you see on realspankings.com.  Very nasty experience.  The ultimate for me, which I would definitely try, is to have my mouth thoroughly washed out, and be in the corner, soaped at both ends.

@DiscreetSpanko8nailed an important topic, have been there myself. Always check to see if the ee is allergic to anything and be prepared just in case she didn’t know.

Ivory soap is the go to for me. I get the travel size bars online that way it really gets in there.

I completely stay away from fragrance and antibacterial soaps as the antibacterial chemical in it was what she had a reaction too.

Reading through these posts, I was shocked to see so many individuals talking about using Ivory soap for mouth soaping.  It is the worse soap you could possibly use for this purpose.  While other soaps may have fragrance added to them, Ivory soap is poisonous.  This is what just came up when I googled Ivory soap:

"Ivory is the the last 'soap' on the market today. The other 'soaps' on the market are detergent based soapsIvory is a lye based soap, and is the only lye based soap on the market today. Ivory is made by the reaction of Fat and oils (animal or plant) with either NaOH or KOH."

My wife occasionally used mouth-soaping in conjunction with my spankings, but NEVER Ivory.  I think she was fond of Cashmere Bouquet . . . she would lather it up, lodge the bar in my mouth, then put me over her knee and spank me, (soap and all).  Then, off to the corner with the bar still in my mouth.  Ten or fifteen minutes later it was back over her knee for a quick second paddling.  The she would allow me to remove the bar and rinse out my mouth (which was still pretty bad in and of itself).

Lye is used to make bagels and pretzels and other foods. Also, lye is used to saponify the fats and oils to make the soap and no lye remains (in its original form) once the ingredients have saponified. That goes for both sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide. That is how soap is made. I wouldn't recommend eating a bar of it, of course. All bar soaps and synthetic detergents contain chemicals.

@SpankorBSpanked- I just looked up the ingredients in Cashmere Bouquet and it is made with lye, as well (NaOH). The ingredients sodium tallowate, sodium cocoate, and sodium palm kernalate mean that lye was used to saponify those fats and oils (beef tallow or lard, coconut oil, palm kernal oil).

Soap (Sodium Tallowate, Sodium Cocoate, And/Or Sodium Palm Kernelate), Water, Glycerin, Fragrance, Hydrogenated Tallow Acid, Coconut Acid, Sodium Chloride, Titanium Dioxide, Pentasodium Pentetate, Pentaerythrityl Tetra Di T Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate

My former would mouth soap for some offenses, so I have had the experience.   A plain soap is best, no additives if possible.  For safety, she would use a lathered facecloth and scrub my mouth thoroughly.  Sometimes twice.  I then would be place OTK and spanked at length while I drooled out the suds.

Judging by this thread, I think I was right with my instinct that mouth soaping is going to be a hard limit for me. I already have digestive issues, so an accidental swallow is probably not going to be great for my gut. Thanks for all the info. Very helpful.

I have had my mouth soaped a number of times, but I am proud to say it has been maybe 5 or 6 years now since the last one. I am doing much better with controlling my cursing and use of vulgarities and sexual language as slang...such as FU and such. But...lol...it took I guess 9 or so years of getting my bottom tanned and having my mouth soaped... lathered up good, and then holding the bar in my mouth while in the corner. Sometimes...he actually fixed the bar in my mouth with a gag and told me to look down, or had me lying face down...so I would not swallow much of the soap...although I did swallow some because of the thoroughness with which he washed my dirty mouth out. My mouth and lots of my face were always covered with suds...and he would use a soapy sponge  4 or 5 times to wash my mouth before he was finished.

As far as the type of soap...my husband is very much aware of health issues and we eat organic and natural food unless it is just not possible. That goes for our soap....which ever since we were married, I buy from a lady in our church, who makes it with no toxic ingredients or additives that would irritate my soft mouth and throat tissues. He has a specific one he has me keep on hand which is only used for washing out my mouth. The other bars are usually lightly scented for using in our regular bathing. There are still two bars in our bathroom closet reserved for my mouth...but like I said...they have not been touched for 5 or 6 years now...lol...thank goodness.

I have never used mouth soaping as a deterrent for language, or for any other issues for that matter. I simply " take it out on that Bottom ! ! "

Pretty boring stuff, huh. But has usually done the trick in most cases.  😁

I've had my mouth soaped on a few occasions and they were effective as punishment but not what I would call "good" experience. That's to say, I found the process very embarrassing and the taste very nasty. The reasons varied, but mostly back-talking and sometimes lying, very rarely cursing or using other bad language. There's no quicker way to cure back-talking in my case than threatening the soap. I feel extremely little and embarrassed when stuck in the corner with a freshly spanked bottom and a big bar of soap in my mouth to think about my behaviour.

So while mouth soaping is a nasty punishment (imho), it definitely works for me.

Mouth soaping works for me as practicable way of self punishment because I have problems to spank myself to tears. I use the bar of Ivory Soap for this purpose. It helps to be bear it easier when I rub the bar of soap over my face at first and put it in my mouth finally.

When I realized pretty early in spanking (over 25 years ago) that it was almost impossible for a spankee to avoid swallowing some of the soap, I permanently turned away from it.  It did have a real effect from a disciplinary standpoint, but there are other ways, and soaping was (for me) just too dangerous  --despite the desire for it from spankees.

It's very interesting to read about "soap poisoning", as in addition to watching "A Christmas Story" 200 bajillion times, I remember my mother once threatening to wash my mouth out with soap when I was a child and I was able to convince her it would be poisoning me. What's really odd about that memory is that my mom was mostly the permissive parent.

I have had Mouth soapings on multiple occasions my mentor usually had a ivory bar of soap and Would wet it then stick it in my mouth he would make sure to get my tongue and my teeth he always lectured me well doing this on other occasions he would use a wash cloth as well as the bar of soap the Process for me was always humiliating I hated mouth soapings luckily he allowed me to brush my teeth after which would remove majority of the soap taste I had a couple occasions where I was in the corner with soap as well.
