New Section: Ask the Staff

Hello everyone! 

We have a new section called  Ask the Staff under Rules & Support.

This section was created so that members can have all the moderation team and administration on the same page on requests or support they may need. Other members will not be able to view these threads or replies. If you have an issue with another member that you would like to report (that can't be resolved by the ignore button); please make a thread here. 

Any serious grievances, complaints about moderators can be PM'ed to @Child of Light or @Mystery Man  --- there is also a public process for complaints and policy changes here (for transparency). 

We are in hopes that moderation actions are taken care of more quickly this way (please still also use the report button). Members are still free to PM selective members of the staff; but we encourage you to use this function.
