This is a thread for members who enjoy quotations, inspiring words, affirmations, naughty giggles, poetry and the like from established authors, poets, philosophers, etc. Post your favorites. 

The  intention is to lift, inspire and make those in need of encouragement either feel good about themselves, keep motivated, or just plain laugh. We need some light hearted fun around here..

If you don't like a quote, ignore it and move on...this isn't a place for debate or ridicule. Post one that you do like and agree with. Hope everyone will post and join in the fun.

The problem with this one is just a basic question of biology, dearest shy...does the heart muscle have the ability to feel anything??  I am not sure if our beating hearts have the sense of touch.  I can feel my heart beating in my chest (sometimes) but does that mean my heart can feel itself beat within my chest?   Hmmm, quite the brain teaser. ????

But your heart doesn't feel anything, it's just a pumping organ.  You might feel it if you have a heart attack, but you would be feeling it, not your heart.
