Zhev is banned because making a face is what humans just do automatically and thus can be interpreted many ways, and perhaps her way is problematic,  thus I'm banning her justly and with careful consideration.

Fine, so be it.  @SpankeeGal is banned for using her "feelings" to ban somebody instead of solid reasoning,  facts, and  evidence.  Facts don't care about your "feelings."

Again, for the umpteenth time, what my behavior or intentions might be in other games (they are impeccable always) those things are inapplicable here and so Zhev is banned  again in a humiliating fashion for using the same despicable, tired reasons she always uses to ban me.  Does she have any original ideas?  I say Nay.

AG is banned because her clearly paid zero attention to the rules or thinks they don't apply to him. The rules state:

Therefore his actions elsewhere are indeed applicable here and thus a valid reason to ban him.
