Which State is the Worst?

I think New Mexico is the worst state to try and find someone who is an ER or an EE.

I can assure you that Utah is the most difficult place in the world to find a spanking, paddling, or strapping. However, Utah is a great, fantastic place...the right place for a spanking! Even our first governor, and colonizer of the west, put it quite clearly: This is the right place!!

We have 5 national parks, numerous national forest areas, numerous state parks, exciting culture, great universities, wonderful people....just to name a few.

Utah would be the best place to paddle someone; too bad it just never happens! Guess everyone is too busy enjoying everything else.

I didn't even consider Utah. With the stigma it might bring there. I wonder if it's so underground that it just disappeared.

I know that Albuquerque has something of a scene.

Honestly, it's easier to find people on the far west coast and far east states, particularly New York and California.
