If you are in what we call the 7 cities, or Hampton Roads (Norfolk, Newport News, Virginia Beach, Hampton, Chesapeake, Suffolk, and Portsmouth). this is a club to network with people who are closer in and around that area. Spankers and Spankees who want to find each other or just network with people closer to you to maximize your opportunity to meet share some same characteristics.
