Given the situation, and your admitted carelessness, you most definitely deserve it.  Does knowing what will be forthcoming make it worse for you?  I know you are frequently spanked quite hard, and the anticipation of that may be constantly in your thoughts until it actually takes place. 

Growing up, a bedtime spanking often took place right after my bath, so I would have been naked more often than not on bath nights when I was unfortunate enough to get a spanking.  But sometimes when it wasn't a bath night, there still could have been a bedtime spanking if I had misbehaved, which would have taken place at the time when I was changing into my pajamas if I hadn't already put them on at dinner time.

Sounds like someone needs a really good spanking for that issue.  Too bad the manager of the complex can't give you one, just saying.  

I think a lot of it depends upon how long the spanker and spankee have been interacting, as well as the seriousness of the misbehavior, if one is actually intending the spanking to be punishment.

I am always willing to discuss beforehand when both of us are not quite on the same page.  I've worked with a number of women over the years who think that negotiation is automatically going to be part of the interaction, and are often trying to negotiate a lesser punishment.  I think it shows respect for the woman to allow her to give reasonable explanations and depending on the relationship, she should be allowed to define certain things which she does not want done to her. Once hard limits are established, then beyond that the choice of punishment, intensity, implements to be used, whether restraints will be required, and so on, are up to the one giving the punishment. The recipient does not have to like what is going to be done to her as punishment as long as it is not cruel and not done against her will. 

However, in a true disciplinary relationship where the woman has specifically asked to be held accountable to her disciplinarian, then there also has to be a limit set in regard to how much of the punishment can be negotiated away.  At some point in the discussion, the assigned punishment has to become non-negotiable beyond that level.  The women who I discipline know that I am firm and try to be fair about things, and are very well aware of what possible punishment they could receive in various circumstances. 

I think that is a very valid desire, there is a definite potential for some serious emotional reset and removal of guilt feelings during a spanking which is defined as being punishment for specific offenses, regardless if those things took place this week or 40 years ago.  I've spanked people any number of times for those who want to clear the air over old things they still feel bad about getting away with in the past.

Yes, that definitely isn't a spanking.  At best that's a warning of what is forthcoming when the time and place are right. A real spanking lasts a significant amount of time. 

Although I start out spanking over underpants, they are always pulled down during the spanking and will be completely removed long before the spanking is over.  White cotton underpants are perfect both on and coming off of a woman being spanked. 

If I put someone in the corner it's usually after her spanking is completed.  My favorite way would be with her naked, or with underpants on but pulled down on her thighs or all the way down around her ankles.  Sometimes I might have her holding her arms above her head with palms on the wall.  Other times I have been known to put restraints or handcuffs on her wrists, either in the air or behind her back, and also may restrain her ankles.  If a ginger root or butt plug was inserted into her rectum to enhance her punishment, it must stay in during corner time. 

There are places in Canada where it is legal to be topless in public, but even there it's not a common sight and more likely to occur on a beach.  I've seen a few here and there over the years but it seems mostly to be tourists who are doing so only because they have heard they can.  The exception would be a special activity like the Toronto Pride parade, in which you are likely to see some topless women. 

I think it ought to be made legal everywhere and even encouraged, but that's not likely to happen.

Pouting is something that I see as being in the same category as acting bratty because they are similar in so many ways. 

There are two sorts of brat,  the lovable ones who are only a bit bratty at times, which can be cute if not overdone, but that all depends on the person.  Then there is the obnoxious sort of brat, who only makes one want to pull her pants down and spank the brattiness out of her. 

None of us can always have our own way.  I would say that one needs to pick her times and places for pouting or acting bratty.  A two year old can get away with a lot more than a grown up, just saying, because it's expected at that age, while grownups are supposed to be able to control such behavior. 

I've often wondered about what that could be like.  Of course a male would probably choose a female trainer and vice versa.  Since many people want to be held accountable for things like weight loss and exercising anyway, knowing that one could be spanked by their trainer ought to provide strong incentive to stick with the program.  But conversely, if one were kinky enough and WANTED to be spanked, then they might intentionally sabotage their program just because they knew it would result in a spanking. 

Along similar lines, I've always wanted to get into an ongoing naked yoga group or private sessions one-on-one, but there aren't any locally.  I can imagine the leader of such a group spanking those who don't follow, or requiring them to get into an embarrassing position in front of the group. 

Hairbrushes, and bath brushes, seem to be right in the sweet spot for weight and impact, making it very easy for a spanker to cause the spankee some intense pain if they so desire.  Brushes of either sort can actually hurt worse than a paddle with a larger surface area, since all the force the brush is swung with is applied to a smaller area of the buttock and only on one side at a time. Brushes can also intentionally be used to leave marks because of that fact.  

Personally I prefer spanking someone with a wooden bath brush over a paddle, because it is the most effective implement in that category. 

Totally depends upon the individual and the violation. Usually 15-20 minutes minimum, and can range up to an hour.  Sometimes I add in having to kneel, or stand with arms raised above the head, and always bare bottom or in whatever further state of undress she was at the conclusion of the spanking itself.

I think there are multiple forms of spanking interaction and all of them are acceptable to consenting partners.

Erotic is in the eyes of the beholder, all of us are different.  I will openly admit to having a very serious underpants fetish and totally enjoy spanking a woman who is wearing traditional white cotton full briefs or hip huggers and being allowed to pull them down and eventually remove them as the spanking progresses. I have always made efforts to minimize sexual connotations during a spanking, as in not intending the session to end in sex.  I am quite aware that there are valid interactions going on with other people in spanking relationships where sexual responses/erotic feelings are sought after and intentionally facilitated. 

Having said that, with someone I've interacted with on a long term basis, I understand that she may sometimes become wet or quite aroused by the spanking or some of the other activities associated with the spanking such as being naked or being restrained to the bed or chair.

Around the era of the 80's there was a spanking group that used to meet on a fairly regular basis.  Since I was already heavily into being a disciplinarian and also liked to be spanked myself from time to time I tried to attend their get togethers when I could.  I found that it was very pleasurable to be able to watch people (who were frequently stripped naked as part of the requirement for being spanked) getting spanked by multiple spankers, and it was equally pleasurable to be spanked myself, naked in front of the group, by whoever wanted to participate in my own spanking. 

I would attend a similar event again in a heartbeat!
