@Geoffreaux babe I’m not angry by any means. I am just me! Personally I don’t see an issue with cursing or as I call them “sentence enhancers”. Lol. Now also understand I do use please and thank you. I just have a lot going on right now. Currently I’ve made some life alternating decisions that won’t just be effecting me but my kids as well. I believe I’m misunderstood by a lot of people which is fine, but it has taken me a long time to understand that verbal abuse is a form of domestic abuse. And that is all I’m gonna say! Hugs

A friend had to remind me today that it is okay to cry that sometimes it’s our hearts way of healing. I know for myself feelings and emotions are hard because I have no control over them. But I was told to try and view them as visitors, as they are only temporary! Let’s hope this helps cos this sucks ?.
