  1. I'm in the same boat. I have avoided romantic relationships because of my interest in spanking. I have never really shared this part of myself with anyone really while dating someone. I'm always afraid I would be judged for it. I have also suppress this part of me in the past. When I have been in vanilla relationships in the past but this side of me always seems to resurface and I finally realized spanking is part of who I am and is truly important to me and I realized I couldn't suppress this side of me any longer.

  5. Wow: what fortitude, what devotion, and such attention to yourself. I hope and pray that you are able to get what you want. On occasion, when I am in the shower, I will give myself some swats, which, of course, hurt more due the water showering down.   7. If you are not going to be honest about it, then why are you even doing this? Could you not have done something different with the junk food? Given it to someone? Thrown it away? When you say "it was there before the rule," and "I had to do something with it," you are making excuses for something you know was wrong. The most important rule my EE and I have is total honesty (from both sides). So do the right thing.

  10. Interesting thread, I was thinking maybe there needs to be another “go to plan” for when you feel stressed and overwhelmed. Possibly another thing you could do at that time, possibly a person you could call or text when you feel the urge to go back to the habit. A back up person, in case they can’t be reached. I know sometimes we don’t think rationally when we become really stressed. Once I had quit smoking for 6 months, then I received something stressful in the mail. I knew the drama it would bring. I went right to the gas station and got cigarettes. It just takes one, and it’s like

This suggests to me that it is the triggers that need to be worked on, and a plan put in place for dealing with them (such as stop and think, wait five, ten, twenty minutes, finding alternative outlets, journaling so that they can be recognized sooner and before the 'I don't care' kicks in). The reward and punishment could be based on that. Just a thought. LB

  12. I have a slipper I use, and some flat dress shoes. They actually hurt quite a bit, and are quieter than some things. Also, a wooden and a plastic, big backed hairbrush, a heavy thudded bath brush, a belt, and a ruler. I've even used a hard backed book when I didn't have the bath brush. As long as you put it where it goes and not keep the collection together, you're good.
