Just wondering.

What implements do you use to provide pain but no marks.

What implements do you use to provide pain but little if any sound.

Curious.

Thanks.

The loopy johnny does both. It's very intense though.

You can also make your own fairly easily. I used window screen spline that I bought at Home Depot. I cut thee 36" lengths, then folded them into loops and taped together a handle. It's not pretty, but the Thrasher, as it has been nicknamed, is very effective.

Interesting. I'm curious, though.

I understand how this would be a fairly quiet instrument. However, I wonder how it could be effective when seeking minimal marking. It seems that anything "whip-like" would leave a welt.

From my experience it creates welts, but they are short lived. Since the stand is in a loop, it doesn't have an open end to dig into the skin like a whip tip or a flexible cane.

My experience with the thrasher has always involved plenty of strokes with other implements though. It may mark more than I think it does.

Also, rubberized clothesline is supposed to work well for a loopy johnny.

Hardly anything leaves "no marks" IMO but somethings are more prone just to cause redness. How quickly the redness clears, and whether the redness turns to bruising, is often dependent on the spankee (see Tat's thread, for example).

As far as silence, yes, Loopy Johnny is great (used very carefully) and of course those evil wooden spoons work wonderfully.

The questions I think leaves a low limit to spankings.
Sound, marks and pain are all part of a good spanking.
As for implements I have had the following on my bar bottom:
hand, hairbrush, bathbrush, neoprene mixing spoon, wooden spoon,
spatula, pingpong paddle, belt, school strap, tawse, flogger, leather
paddle, wooden paddle, cane.

So, what is the best way to use this thing? I have had spankings standing up, over a chair, bent over the bed, laying on the bed, but not OTK, as of yet, so is there any best way to use it ? I am interested because several times a year, noise is a problem, we have tons of company.

Thanks,

JP

I am not a spanker, but having been spanked a number of times, I would say a flexible leather. It just makes it pink but I don't recall ever seeing marks.
